What makes it “Sound Off”

Sound Off™ wireless headsets make your beach class feel clear, calm, and immersive. Each guest wears a comfortable wireless headset that plays the instructor’s voice and music directly into their ears, so everyone can hear clearly over the wind, waves, and beach sounds. You still get the beauty of practicing outside, but with the connection and ease of a private studio-style class. It makes the whole experience feel more personal and easier for everyone to enjoy.

What's included

Your private Sound Off Beach Flow session includes a 60-minute yoga or pilates class, Sound Off™ wireless headsets for each guest, and Sand Cloud beach towels provided for use during your session.



We bring the setup, towels, headsets, music, and class experience to you. Your group simply arrives, settles onto your towel, puts on your headset, and enjoys a relaxed beach class together.

Choose yoga or pilates

Sound Off Beach Flow can be booked as either yoga or pilates.



Choose yoga for a breath-centered class that helps your group feel relaxed and present. Choose pilates for a more core-focused, strengthening class with intentional movement, glute work, and a feel-good burn on the sand.

Both options are beginner-friendly and can be adjusted to your group’s energy, whether you want something slow and grounding, light and playful, or a little more active.

Where we meet

For private Sound Off Beach Flow sessions, Sandbar Yoga and Pilates can often come to you or help choose a convenient beach location based on where your group is staying.

When booking, you will be asked to provide your hotel, vacation rental, campground, or accommodations so we can plan the best meeting point. Location options depend on beach access, parking, group size, local rules, weather, and safety.

Pricing

Sound Off Beach Flow is $300 for up to 15 guests.



This includes your private beach yoga or pilates class, Sound Off™ wireless headsets, Sand Cloud beach towels for use during the session, setup, and a class experience customized for your group.

Want to make the moment feel extra special? Add our Celebration Package for bachelorettes, birthdays, girls’ weekends, and milestone celebrations.



The Celebration Package includes photos, props, and thoughtful self-care items such as caffeine under-eye patches and hangover kits. It adds a sweet, celebratory touch while keeping the experience relaxed, beachy, and easy to enjoy.
